These are stand alone classes and are not linked to Tai Chi Passes.  Each session is $17.

Like Tai Chi, this 60-minute class is bound to give you a great workout for the body and the brain - the only difference being these classes will also give you a good, low impact cardio and strength workout.  We'll learn choreography, we work both sides of the body and we face different directions, all to the beat of 60s and 70s music!   Our movements are faster than Tai Chi and we don't worry about technique, as long as we are moving sensibly and safely.  The class will consist of a warm-up (5 minutes), cardio (low impact, 30 minutes), body weight exercises (10 minutes) and stretch (5 minutes).  The content of classes will be determined by participants' abilities.

Wear loose, comfortable clothes and supportive runners.  Bring a drink bottle and towel.
