The Long Form, or 108, is the oldest Form practised today. It is also known as 83, 103, depending on the method of counting. It is from this Form the Beijing 24 was created. The Long Form consists of 3 parts, with each part twice as long as the previous part. The 108 takes about 20 minutes to perform.
