Learn Tai Chi Principles and 4 different Forms, beginning with the Silk Reeling 8 Form, 5 Form, 10 Form and the RMTC Short Form Part 1.
Each class will begin with Standing Meditation exercises, incorporating Qigong and Shibashi Sets.
Although this class is specifically designed for new students, those with some tai chi experience are most welcome to attend, as revisiting Tai Chi Principles of movement and flow is an excellent way to improve skills and understanding.
