Now you have practised the basic Tai Chi principles of movement and flow, enjoy learning more complex Forms, with the focus on Beijing 24. Once students are familiar with the Beijing 24, other short forms such as RMTC Short Form Part 2, and Tai Chi for Cognitive Function, can be Included in the programme.
Forms previously learned in Beginner classes will also be practised and refined.
Classes will commence with Standing Meditation, Qigong, Daoyin and Shibashi sets.
